Founded in 1971 by my grandfather, George Baker, Towne & Country Real Estate and Appraisals, LLC has proudly served the real estate needs of North Hills and beyond from the same location. As a third-generation family business, we are committed to continuing our legacy of assisting buyers, sellers, and those in need of professional appraisal services.
My grandfather began his real estate career with Northwood Realty before branching out to establish Towne & Country Real Estate and Appraisals. Over the years, many of our family members have contributed to the success of the business, including my grandmother Marge, great aunt Lee, my mother, and my father, Reid Baker, who became the broker when my grandfather passed in 1976. Through economic challenges, including high double-digit loan rates, my father has always been a respected figure in the community, successfully navigating the ups and downs of the market.
Now, as an appraiser since 1997 and a sales associate since 2008, I am excited to take the reins and guide this business into the next several decades.
