Reid A. Baker

Reid A Baker's father, George Baker, started Towne and Country Real Estate in 1970.  Reid A took got his Real Estate license in 1976 and took over the business. He has been a respected business owner for 40 years. Reid A. has handled every type of property:  commercial, leases, residential, and he has managed rental properties as well.  Give him a call he will handle your real estate needs as a true business professional.

Reid T. Baker began doing appraisals in 1997. He became licensed as a Certified PA Appraiser in May 2002. Reid has completed over 5,000 appraisals, and began selling Residential, Multi-unit and commercial lease experience in November of 2008.  Reid T. just recently took the Brokers test and passed it. Ken Fanuele

Ken thrives on providing his clients with kind, patient, and honest service in every step of the home buying or selling process.  His nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage, title, and escrow industry helps him to give his clients a tremendous advantage in all types of real estate transactions.  Many first-time home buyers have come to rely upon Ken for his guidance with the process and knowledge of the market.

 

As an active real estate investor with a tremendous understanding of the mortgage foreclosure process, Ken is sought after by many buyers looking for information about investment opportunities.  He enjoys helping sellers avoid foreclosure and specializes in the short sale process.  Ken has helped many Pittsburgh homeowners avoid foreclosure, and has a real in-depth understanding of how to make a short sale work out for all parties.

 

Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University. After growing up in Kennedy Township and McKees Rocks, Ken moved to Hampton Township in 2006 where he now resides with his wife Jill and their two children.
